Le 8 juin 2023, le tribunal a rendu son verdict, sur les trois points contestés par la partie adverse, deux points ont été gagnés par l’ACASM, quant au troisième point, le tribunal a estimé que la Cour d’Appel n’a pas été au bout des choses. L’ACASM devra retourner devant la Cour d’Appel, pour un énième procès, pour défendre notre patrimoine. Tous les procès précédents ont été gagnés par l’ACASM.
Aidons-les à ne pas être spoliés de nos biens.

On June 8, 2023, the court rendered its verdict, on the three points contested by the opposing party, two points were won by the ACASM, on the third point, the court found that the Court of Appeal was not at the end of things. L'8 giugno 2023, il tribunale ha emesso il suo verdetto, sui tre punti contestati dalla controparte, due punti sono stati vinti dall'ACASM, per quanto riguarda il terzo punto, il tribunale ha ritenuto che la Corte d'Appello non era alla fine. L'ACASM dovrà tornare alla Corte d'Appello, per un ennesimo processo, per difendere il nostro patrimonio. Tutti i processi precedenti sono stati vinti da ACASM.

El 8 de junio de 2023, el tribunal emitió su veredicto, sobre los tres puntos impugnados por la parte contraria, dos puntos fueron ganados por el ACASM, en cuanto al tercer punto, el tribunal dictaminó que el Tribunal de Apelación no había terminado las cosas. La ACASM tendrá que volver al Tribunal de Apelación, para un enésimo juicio, para defender nuestro patrimonio. La ACASM ha ganado todos los juicios anteriores.
