Après avoir passé les vacances à Barcelone, Lili, 19 ans, rentre chez ses parents, Paul et Isabelle Tellier. La jeune fille apprend alors que son frère jumeau, Loïc, a claqué la porte du domicile familial sans laisser d'adresse, à la suite d'une énième dispute avec son père. Morte d'inquiétude, Lili sombre peu à peu dans un état dépressif. Et malheureusement pour elle, les jours passent sans que Loïc ne donne aucune nouvelle.
