WASHINGTON, DC — Lt. Gen. Jeffrey Harrigian has been promoted to the rank of full four-star general and given command of all US Air Forces in Europe and Africa, the Department of Defense has announced. Acting Secretary of Defense Patrick Shanahan announced last Tuesday that President Donald Trump had picked Harrigian for the position. If confirmed by the Senate, Harrigian would succeed Gen. Tod D.
