La base américaine d'Incirlik (proche d'Adana) est bâtie sur des terrains spolés à des Arméniens . L'armée américaine loue ces terrains à l'Etat turc qui a spolié ces terrains d'Arméniens . Donc les héritiers des propriétaires légaux de ces terrains subissent une perte d'exploitation depuis le géncoide soit plus de 105 ans . A ce titre , ils ont droit à une compensation. L'avocat Vartkes Yeghiayan avait commencé de compléter ce dossier avant qu'il ne décède en 2017.
