Diverse Coalition of Organizations and Leaders Put Their Trust in Nayiri  

A diverse coalition of community members, organizations, and leaders have endorsed Nayiri’s re-election to GUSD’s Board of Education, echoing Nayiri’s history of activism, community organizing, and coalition building.  





Nayiri has garnered the support of trusted organizations like the Glendale Democratic Club, Los Angeles County Federation of Labor, Southern California Armenian Democrats, Armenian Rights Council of America, East Area Progressive Democrats, and Planned Parenthood Advocates Pasadena San Gabriel Valley. 

Anita Quinonez Gabrielian (retired member of GCC Board of Trustees), Dr. Young Seok Suh (past president of the Korean American Federation of North Los Angeles), Ruby Baxter-De Vera (past president of the Filipino American Business Association of Glendale), Assemblymember Adrin Nazarian, Los Angeles City Councilmember Paul Krekorian, and Los Angeles Unified School District Board Member Jackie Goldberg, along with Glendale parents and community members put their trust in Nayiri.





For over twenty-five years, Nayiri has been a committed community activist, children’s advocate, and champion of progressive education policies; the outpouring of support for her re-election is a testament to her dedication, passion, and accomplishments. Triny Ramirez, a Glendale parent said, “I support Nayiri because she has demonstrated a dedication to fight for the future of all Glendale students.
