Nancy Agabian is the author of Princess Freak, a collection of poems and performance texts and Me as her again: True Stories of an Armenian Daughter, a memoir about the influence of her Armenian American family’s history on her coming-of-age. A Fulbright scholar to Armenia for 2006-07, she is currently completing “The Fear of Large and Small Nations”, a novel that sets a troubled relationship against the changing landscape of post-Soviet Armenia. Nancy teaches creative writing at NYU and through Heightening Stories, the community-based workshop series she founded in 2012. nancyagabian.com
Haig Chahinian is a career counselor living in New York City with his husband and their daughter. His writing has appeared in Salon, the Washington Post, and Cosmopolitan. He's working on a memoir.
Lola Koundakjian is the author of The Accidental Observer (2011 USA) and Advice to a Poet (2014 Peru; 2015 USA). Her work has appeared in 2 Horatio, Ararat, BigCityLit, Enchanting Verses, Mizna, Naugatuck River Review, and in several anthologies. Verónica Pamoukaghlián is an Armenian-Uruguayan writer and award winning filmmaker. A regular contributor for Lento (Uruguay), Brainblogger and Africa Insider, her poetry has appeared in The Southern Pacific Review, The Armenian Poetry Project, The Armenian Weekly, Words Fly Away (Fukushima Poetry Anthology), Prism, Naked Punch (London), Sentinel Literary Quarterly (London), Poesia en el subte Anthology (ARGENTINA), Arabesques Review. Short fiction in Book Lovers (Seal Press 2014) and the SEAF Literary Anthology 2014 (Seattle).
