On the occasion of the 25th anniversary of the ceasefire agreement signed by Armenia, Azerbaijan and Nagorno-Karabakh, a statement by the Belgian French-speaking friendship group with Artsakh was published.
The statement i.a. says: "We are convinced that a genuine peace process that bears fruits requires a direct dialogue with the people of Artsakh and a full-fledged participation of the Nagorno Karabakh authorities – one of the signatories of the ceasefire agreement, in the negotiation process."Read more here(In French)
